How limits work
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI actions and Interview Copilot time. When you reach a limit, only the AI features pause until it resets next month, or until you add a Copilot pack or upgrade. Job search and your pipeline keep working, and nothing you have saved is ever locked.

We search company career sites directly — the same boards the employers publish on (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, Oracle Recruiting, SmartRecruiters and more) — plus a few job aggregators. Nothing is scraped from behind a login, and results are shown live, so you always see what is open now.
It compares your resume with each job and explains the fit (strengths, gaps, keywords), writes a tailored resume and cover letter for a specific posting, and, in Interview Copilot, transcribes the conversation and suggests answers you can adapt in your own words.
Copilot is built for practice, mock interviews and coaching. Many employers ask candidates not to use AI assistance during live interviews, so please check the rules of each interview and use it responsibly. You are always in control of what you say.
